All Hooksett Youth Lacrosse Head & Assistant Coaches must be Level 1 Certified by US Lacrosse.  Below are the steps to obtain the US Lacrosse Level 1 certification. Once certified, it will never expire as long as you remain a US Lacrosse member.

Please note that all costs will be reimbursed by Hooksett Youth Lacrosse.  Please keep all documentation and receipts from each step.

Steps for US Lacrosse Level 1 Coaching Certification for ALL HEAD & ASSISTANT COACHES:
The general requirements are:

• Become a US Lacrosse Member
• Complete an on-field training clinic
• Complete two (2) on-line training courses  (Coaching, PCA)
• Complete a background check
• Send proof of completion to  .

Hooksett Youth Lacrosse will reimburse coaches for the following:

• US Lacrosse Membership fee
• US Lacrosse Level 1 on-line course fee is currently free
• US Lacrosse Level 1 on-field instructional clinic fee
• Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) on-line course fee is currently free
• US Lacrosse Level 1 certication application and background check fees
